We have two types of purchasing processes.
1) You determine the purchase, and the producer who makes the sale issues the invoice to us.
2 ) We direct you to our contracted sales points regarding the products you will purchase, and we follow the production process. At the end of both processes, the company issues the invoice to us and we prepare the export transactions and your invoice.

Export transactions and foreign exit procedures of your invoiced materials are prepared by us in our customs department and made ready for exit. All products to be exported must be invoiced. Please contact us for the transportation of your second-hand used and prepaid household items.

If the packaging of the products you have purchased, whose production process has been completed, is not sufficient for shipment abroad as a result of the controls made by us, the packaging is re-enhanced after your approval process and repackaged completely if necessary.

Every product that is purchased and cleared and ready for export is insured by us, without exception, and made ready for exit. (Products such as glass mirror etc. are not covered by insurance.)

Your purchased products are sent with more than one option, taking into account your request and the suitability conditions of the products. The most suitable of these is partial truck transport. In addition to our options such as complete truck, complete minivan, complete lorivan, partial minivan, partial lorivan and air cargo, complete 20 and 40 container transportation is also possible.

Every product that is shipped to the destination country cannot be received without customs clearance. Overseas customs clearance procedures can be easily carried out by our contracted agencies anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day.

VAT is charged at the rates determined according to the laws of the country where you enter the country you live in. In some countries in Europe, your materials can be delivered to your door with these taxes paid by us. No commission is charged for customs clearance and tax payments abroad. You can make these payments or we can make them and invoice you.
